Three days of vintage vehicles, live music, family fun and nostalgia in the heart of Purbeck
Step back in time at the Classic & Steam Vehicle Show, returning to Norden, near Wareham, from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 September.
Following a successful move to its new home opposite Norden Station Park & Ride last year, the Bournemouth & Poole Preservation Club is back with an even bigger celebration of classic transport and engineering.
Whether you’re a lifelong enthusiast or simply looking for a great family day out, you’ll find an incredible display of classic cars, motorbikes, vintage tractors, military vehicles, steam engines, classic campers, commercial vehicles and much more.
The nostalgic atmosphere continues beyond the vehicle displays, with live music throughout the weekend. Enjoy performances from Chris Payn and Matt Black on Friday evening, while DJ Beefy keeps the party going on Saturday night with classic hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s.
There’ll also be plenty of food and drink on offer, including burgers, authentic Thai cuisine, sweet crepes, ice cream, fresh coffee and refreshments from the onsite Organford Arms bar. Visitors can browse a variety of trade stalls selling autojumble finds, vehicle parts, gifts and homeware, and don’t forget to enter the raffle for the chance to win some fantastic prizes.
The show runs from 10am to 4pm each day.
Admission is £8 for adults, children go free, and well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
