A taste of Purbeck returns to Corfe Castle this weekend with the Food and Drink Festival

Food and Drink Festival at Corfe Castle 11th - 12th July
If you’re looking for the perfect weekend outing, head to Corfe Castle on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 July for the return of the Corfe Castle Food & Drink Festival.
Now in its third year, this popular event transforms the historic castle grounds into a celebration of Dorset’s finest food and drink. Organised by Love It Local in partnership with the National Trust, it’s a fantastic opportunity to discover local producers, enjoy incredible street food and soak up the atmosphere with live music throughout the weekend.
Celebration of local food and drink
From gourmet burgers, authentic Thai, Greek and Indian cuisine to artisan breads, handmade fudge, crepes and locally made ice cream, there’s something to satisfy every appetite. You’ll also find award-winning Dorset cider, craft gin, rum, local ales, speciality coffee and refreshing summer cocktails.
Alongside the food and drink, browse stalls selling local honey, preserves, chilli sauces, homeware and even treats for your four-legged friends.
Live music throughout the day
Live music will provide the soundtrack to the weekend, making it the perfect place to relax with great food while enjoying the stunning surroundings of one of Dorset’s most iconic landmarks.
Food and Drink Festival at Corfe Castle - details
The festival runs from 10am to 4.30pm on both days. The event itself is free, with normal admission charges applying for entry to Corfe Castle (free for National Trust members).
