Purbeck Christmas Tree Festival 2025 – 11th to 14th December
Step into a festive wonderland at the Purbeck Christmas Tree Festival, taking place from Thursday 11th to Saturday 13th December, 10am–6pm at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 160 Victoria Avenue, Swanage. Wander among beautifully decorated trees celebrating Christmas Around the World, enjoy seasonal refreshments, listen to local musicians and singers, and let the children explore festive activities and storytelling in the stable.
On Sunday 14th December at 4pm, join the gentle ‘Lights of Love’ Remembrance Service to light a candle in memory of loved ones. From early December, a Tree of Remembrance will also be outside Emmanuel Baptist Church, where you can place named ribbons to honour those you wish to remember at Christmas.
This year, all donations will support Julia’s House and the Dorset Air Ambulance, helping local charities while spreading festive cheer. Entry is free, so bring family and friends to enjoy the joy, music, and magic of Christmas, while exploring how the birth of Jesus is celebrated around the world.
