Return To Your Senses Retreat – Winter Edition

This half-day retreat is a call to come back to your body, to the subtle wisdom of your senses, and to the present moment. Together, we’ll slow down and shift from thinking to feeling. No rushing. No performance. Just the quiet miracle of being fully here. This is a space for stillness, softness, and real presence. An invitation to return to yourself — one breath, one moment, one sense at a time. Winter invites us inward. In the hush of the season, when nature rests, we too are called to pause, soften, and reconnect with ourselves. Return to Your Senses is a half-day retreat designed to awaken presence through the five senses — grounding you in stillness, reflection, and gentle connection.
