Just as she is about to depart for a tour of Africa, she finds herself besieged by would-be lovers, not to mention her long-suffering secretary, estranged husband and an obsessed young playwright.
Will she ever disentangle herself from their tightening clutches and incessant demands? And deep down, does she really want to…? More details and book tickets.

The play has been made locally by Lighthouse associate artists Angel Exit who created SALT: A Community Play for Poole in 2023 and is set in a faraway land of igloos and ice where the villagers panic when they see large footprints panic in the snow. Could it be a Yeti?
Luckily, brave Betty knows that appearances are not always what they seem and sets off on an adventure involving an avalanche of lost property, northern lights, singing polar bears, and a super-speedy Arctic hare!

Ben Folds’ Paper Airplane
This one-of-a-kind concert experience invites the audience to write down their favourite Ben Folds songs, fold them into paper airplanes, and launch them toward the stage. The Mousetrap
Nicholas Bailey and Susan Penhaligon will star as Major Metcalf and Mrs Boyle respectively in the 75th anniversary UK tour of Agatha Christie’s iconic thriller and the world’s longest running play, The Mousetrap.
After a shocking murder rattles London, far from the chaos a remote country guesthouse welcomes seven strangers seeking refuge. But when a police sergeant battles through a deadly snowstorm with a warning no one expects, it’s clear the threat is already within their walls.
Every whisper hides a clue. Every story masks a lie. And as suspicion tightens its grip, one question chills the room: Who among them is capable of murder? More details and book tickets.
